How we handle the details you give us through this website.
Who we are
MRX Africa is organised by TMI Africa (Epsilon Reliability Solutions Limited) with ASMRA. Contact us at programs@tmiafrica.org.
What we collect
The details you enter in our registration, sponsorship, abstract and contact forms: your name, contact details, organisation, job title and anything you write in the form.
How we use it
To process registrations and invoices, respond to enquiries, review abstracts, organise the event and send you information about it. We do not sell your details.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored by Netlify, which hosts this website, and in Google Drive, operated by TMI Africa. Access is limited to the event team.
How long we keep it
We keep event records for up to three years after the event, then delete them unless you are a member or have asked us to keep you informed.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them. Email programs@tmiafrica.org.
