- Payment information (processed securely via Selar — we do not store card details)

- ASMRA — co-organiser with equivalent data protection obligations

5. Data Retention
Conference registration data is retained for 5 years from the date of the conference for CPD record purposes and future conference reference. Abstract and paper submissions are retained indefinitely as part of the official conference proceedings.
