⚠️ Start Your Visa Process Early

Nigerian visa processing can take 2–6 weeks depending on your country of application. We recommend beginning your visa process no later than 8 weeks before the conference (i.e. by 23 September 2026). TMI Africa issues official invitation letters within 3 working days of receiving your request — register first, then contact us for your letter.

Step-by-Step Process

Your Visa
Journey — 4 Steps

01

Register & Pay

Complete your delegate registration via Selar and retain your payment confirmation. This is your proof of conference attendance needed for the visa application.

02

Request Your Invitation Letter

Email programs@tmiafrica.org with your full name, passport number, nationality, and date of birth. We issue official conference invitation letters on TMI Africa / ASMRA headed paper within 3 working days.

03

Apply for Your Visa

Take your invitation letter, registration confirmation, and passport to your nearest Nigerian embassy or consulate. Citizens of eligible countries may apply online via the NIS Visa-on-Arrival portal before departure.

04

Prepare Your Travel Documents

Carry originals of: your passport (6+ months validity), Nigerian visa, yellow fever certificate, conference invitation letter, and hotel booking confirmation. Keep digital copies separately.
