Written cancellation requests must be sent to programs@tmiafrica.org. The following refund policy applies:
TMI Africa reserves the right to cancel or postpone the conference due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). In such cases, registered delegates will receive a full refund or credit towards a future event.
A registered delegate may be substituted by a colleague from the same organisation at no charge, provided written notice is given to programs@tmiafrica.org at any time before the conference commences. The substituting delegate inherits all benefits of the original registration.
TMI Africa and ASMRA reserve the right to change the conference programme, speakers, session times, and venue arrangements. Every effort will be made to maintain the advertised programme. No refund will be issued solely on account of programme changes that do not materially alter the nature of the conference.
Conference sessions may be photographed, filmed, and audio-recorded by TMI Africa / ASMRA for use in marketing, documentation, and post-event publications. Attendees consent to this as a condition of attendance. Speaker presentations remain the intellectual property of the presenter, subject to the publication licence granted above.
Delegates are expected to behave professionally and respectfully at all times. TMI Africa reserves the right to remove any delegate whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful to other attendees, without refund.
TMI Africa and ASMRA shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or expense suffered by delegates in connection with attendance at MRX Africa 2026, except where caused by our direct negligence. Delegates are responsible for their own travel insurance, health coverage, and personal belongings. The organisers are not responsible for visa refusals or travel disruptions.
Sponsorship contracts are governed by separate sponsorship agreements issued by TMI Africa. These Terms apply to the extent not superseded by the sponsorship agreement. Sponsorship fees are non-refundable once the conference programme has been published, except in cases of organisational default.
